1.What is Tricalcium Phosphate?

2.How is Tricalcium Phosphate produced?

The current standard "Food Additives: Tricalcium Phosphate (GB 25558-2010)" applies to the food additive tricalcium phosphate produced from calcium hydroxide (or calcium carbonate) and thermal phosphoric acid as raw materials or the food additive tricalcium phosphate produced from calcium chloride solution and trisodium phosphate as raw materials. 1、Calcined from calcium superphosphate, then cooled, crushed and sieved to 180 mesh after defluorination and desulfurization treatment, calcium phosphate for feed is obtained. 2, sodium phosphate solution in the presence of excess ammonia and the appropriate amount of calcium chloride saturated solution for the reaction, precipitation of insoluble calcium phosphate, after filtration, washing, drying, to get calcium phosphate finished products. 3、Saturated lime milk solution reacts with hot concentrated phosphoric acid at pH 8.1 or above to produce tricalcium phosphate precipitate.
