[Description]: High Maltose Syrup is made from refined starch by biochemical technology. The concentration is more than 50% of maltose.

[Appearance]: colorless , transparent and viscous liquid.

[Uses]:Maltose syrup has the characteristics of Soft sweet, good taste, stable at high temperature and acid condition, so it is reasonable to keep good quality and shelf life. Generally speaking, it has wide applications in many fields. It is better to use in candy production with tenacity and transparency than granulated sugar, and anti-sand is seldom occurred, which improves the quality and reduces the cost. And it can improve the taste and quality in cold drinks industry, because of crystallization resistance, low freezing points. At present it is widely used as a thickening and workability agent. Furthermore, maltose syrup can be in cakes, bread, baking foods.

[Packing]: Packed with 250kg, 60kg drums etc, or packing according to customer’s request. Shelf life 12 months.
