[Composition]: It main compents are crocin and crocetin that belong to carotenoids.

[Characteristic]: Bright Yellow powder or bright Yellow powder in water , Soluble in water, diluted alcohol and propylene glycol. Not soluble in oils. In water solvent, its bright yellow color does not vary according to PH. Resistance to light and heat is high in neutral and faintly alkaline mediums. It has a strong ability to color proteins and carbohydrates.
